  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
  • Red Light Therapy
  • Cold Plunge Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Sports Massage

All services are subject to availability and suitability.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are designed to support health and wellbeing but:

  • Do not replace medical advice from a GP or specialist
  • Are provided based on information you supply
  • May not be suitable for all individuals

You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before treatment.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24/48 hours] in advance
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • Arrive on time for appointments

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the clinic.

9. Memberships and Packages (if applicable)

  • Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe
  • Packages are non-transferable unless agreed
  • Unused sessions are non-refundable

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Use content without permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Vital Health Clinic and may not be used without permission.
